Intuita is committed to protecting your privacy and maintains compliance with Canadian Privacy and anti-spam laws & European GPDR, the standards of which are available for all our clients.
How we collect & handle personal information:
Intuita is a business to business and business to consumer site offering training services, on-line training and consulting services and related products. If you sign up to participate in one of our free learning programs, or to receive an information report as part of a site offering, we collect your name and email address through an opt-in consent process and use this information to provide you with the content you are signing up to receive. We also may use this information to send content related emails and information about our services. You may opt-out at any time using a simple click form.
This information is processed and stored in our private account using Mailchimp, a third party GPDR compliant service. This information is maintained on the system and permanently removed after 12 months. If you wish your information to be deleted before that, simply send us a request through the web-site. We do not share, sell or trade our list with anyone.
When you use our site form to communicate with us, the information you provide on this form with your enquiry is entirely consensual. This is processed directly to a company email so that we may communicate and respond to you where required.
When you sign up for a course, webinar or other content on our Transformation U platform we process your name and email address through our 3rd party course provider Thinkific, which is GPDR compliant, through a private account. We treat this information in the same manner as above.
When you or your organization conducts business with us to deliver training or consulting services, we also request your address, dept, division, branch & organization, and PO number, where required, as part of a written contractual agreement.
When you or your company purchase services or products through us we use secure transaction sites like Paypal, Stripe or a Canadian bank using a private business account. Purchase details, dates, amounts, fees, taxes, and the email address you used to complete the transaction are maintained on the payment processors site in accordance with jurisdictional legislation and standard financial practices.
The site uses Google analytics to monitor site traffic and activity and may set cookies and retargeting on the Google ad platform to view and optimize ad performance from our visitors.
This site uses a Facebook pixel to receive user information to measure the effectiveness of ads and to target ads. Facebook has recently updated it’s privacy policies to comply with GPDR. Ads are used infrequently. Users can opt-out of the collection and use of information for ad targeting, and access a mechanism for exercising such choice at http://www.aboutads.info/choices http://www.youronlinechoices.eu/
